Happy Friday ya'll! Today is my last blog post from Atlanta, and it's a good one! We shot this look in Piedmont Park, which I mentioned in my travel post from Wednesday. Such a beautiful area and we got a gorgeous day for shooting. As the weather continues to warm up (although we have snow in our forecast this weekend, ugh!), I thought I would share some tips for transitioning into the spring 2016 season. These are all super wearable and on trend tips!
PS. As you probably noticed, my dog Daisy makes an appearance in todays post :)
3 tips for transitioning your wardrobe to spring/summer:
1. Chambray tops are great year round, but why not try one in an off the shoulder style? Off the shoulder is a huge trend for the upcoming season and you can find it everywhere. Just a simple style update will make your outfit feel like spring!
2. Swap out your blue denim for a colored pair! Colored denim is a really fun way to add a little pop to your outfit. If you're not crazy about the idea of wearing bright jeans, try something more subtle. I love
this baby blue pair. It's still different enough from regular blue jeans to be interesting, but it's a really nice option for switching things up.
3. Add some turquoise jewelry. A great way to transition into the warmer months is by adding a few pieces of turquoise to your daily arm candy. Rings, earrings, bracelets, etc in this blue hue are a spring/summer 2016 staple! I love Melinda Maria's turquoise options, you can shop them
here.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! Fingers crossed we don't get any snow!
