I honestly never thought I would say this, but I've found an office appropriate off-the-shoulder dress! Now, this definitely depends on how strict your company dress code is, but I think that this little number could work for many. The navy blue pinstripe print gives the dress professional vibes, while the fluttery off-the-shoulder sleeves are on trend and fun. This dress is going to be your work to happy hour BFF this summer! During the day, pair with sandals or flats and top with a jean jacket (the dress is long enough that you can have the sleeves on your shoulders to allow for a jacket, if your office isn't OTS appropriate). Come happy hour, lose the jacket, add a heel, and you're ready to go! I love the added detail of the pockets, and that the fabric is light enough to be comfy on the hottest of summer days, while still being structured enough for work.
