A Stylish Side Project: Garden Party

I'm so excited to FINALLY be getting this post from the Hamptons up. Wasn't I just in the Hamptons this past weekend you ask? Why yes, yes I was. However, this post was from my trip back in June! Myself, Allie, Dana and a few more friends went on a garden tour on Saturday afternoon, and had the opportunity to check out some of the most stunning gardens in East Hampton (and ogle at the corresponding houses of course). I love this shirtdress that I chose to wear, it is so comfy and the colors are beautiful.

While the houses and gardens were amazing, my favorite part of the afternoon had to be our picnic. We packed up the vintage Bentley with sandwiches, chips, cookies, and most importantly, many bottles of Summer in a Bottle rosé. As well as Veuve, and just about any other kind of alcohol you could want. Pure heaven.

The funniest part of the day happened at our last house. After a glass or two (maybe 4, whose counting) of rosé we decided it would be a great idea to swing in the hammock at one of the gardens. All three of us. At the same time. Needless to say, about two minutes in the hammock came crashing down. After regaining our bearings, we laughed for about 10 minutes straight and it was the best laugh I've had in a long time. Who breaks a hammock in a 50 million dollar home?! We did, and it was hilarious.
